When you have a tough time falling or staying asleep, finding a sleep aid that works should be easy. Take Sleep-eze® Extra Strength GelCaps to help relieve occasional nighttime sleeplessness.
Available size: 20 soft gel caplets,50 mg, safety sealed
Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
- Take 1 gelcap (50 mg) at bedtime. Do not increase this dose unless advised to by your doctor.
- If you feel drowsy in the morning, consult a doctor or pharmacist as you may need to
- switch to Regular Strength products or take the liquid 15 mL dose.
How to store: Keep out of sun, away from heat. Store gelcaps at room temperature 20°C - 25°C (68°F - 77°F).
Ingredients
No artificial flavours, gluten, lactose or nuts.*
Active ingredient: Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 50 mg.
Inactive Ingredients
FD&C blue No. 1, gelatin, glycerin, polyethylene glycol, pharmaceutical ink, purified water, sorbitol.

Warnings
Do not use:
- if you are elderly (over age 65), as this drug may keep you awake instead of help you sleep
- with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin
- in children under 12 years old
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using if you:
- have a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis
- have glaucoma
- difficulty urinating
- take sedatives or tranquilizers
- are pregnant or breastfeeding
When using this product avoid drinking alcohol.
Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness continues for more than 2 weeks. Ongoing sleeplessness (insomnia) may be a sign of a serious underlying medical condition.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
