Directions
Adults & children 12 years and over:
- Take at bedtime. Start with minimum dose. Use markings on the cap to measure liquid doses.
- Minimum dose: 15 mL
- Maximum dose: 30 mL
- If taking 30 mL results in drowsiness, lower dose to 15 mL.
- Do not take more than directed unless advised to by your doctor.
How to store: Keep out of sun, away from heat. Store at 15° to 30°C
Ingredients
No gluten, lactose or nuts.*
Active Ingredient: Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 15 mL = 25mg, 30 mL = 50 mg.
Inactive ingredients: citric acid, ethanol, FD&C blue no. 1, FD&C red no. 40, flavour, high fructose corn syrup, poloxamer, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sodium saccharin

Warnings
Do not use:
- if you are elderly (over age 65), as this drug may keep you awake instead of help you sleep
- with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin
- in children under 12 years old
Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using if you:
- have a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis
- have glaucoma
- difficulty urinating
- take sedatives or tranquilizers
- are pregnant or breastfeeding
When using this product avoid drinking alcohol.
Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness continues for more than 2 weeks. Ongoing sleeplessness (insomnia) may be a sign of a serious underlying medical condition.
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
