Available in: 20 coated caplets, 25 mg

Directions

Adults & children 12 years and over:

  • Take at bedtime. Start with minimum dose. Do not take more than directed unless advised to by your doctor.
  • Minimum dose: 1 caplet (25 mg)
  • Maximum dose: 2 caplets (50 mg)
  • If taking 2 tablets results in persisting drowsiness, lower dose to 1 tablet.

 

How to store: Keep out of sun, away from heat. Store Sleep-eze® caplets between  20°C - 25°C (68°F - 77°F).

Ingredients

No artificial flavours, gluten or nuts.*

Active Ingredient: Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride 25 mg

Inactive ingredients: Croscarmellose sodium, dicalcium phosphate, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, mineral oil, silica, stearic acid, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin

*We cannot guarantee the product was manufactured in a space that did not process gluten or nuts. If you are lactose intolerant, you may want to try a different variety that does not contain lactose, such as our Sleep-eze® eze-melts or Sleep-eze® eze-free liquid sleep aids.

 

Warnings

Do not use:

  • if you are elderly (over age 65), as this drug may keep you awake instead of help you sleep
  • with any other product containing diphenhydramine, even one used on skin
  • in children under 12 years old

Ask your doctor or pharmacist before using if you:

  • have a breathing problem such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis
  • have glaucoma
  • difficulty urinating
  • take sedatives or tranquilizers
  • are pregnant or breastfeeding

When using this product avoid drinking alcohol.

Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness continues for more than 2 weeks. Ongoing sleeplessness (insomnia) may be a sign of a serious underlying medical condition.

Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
